At Premiata, we strive for perfection in every detail, but if your purchase is not quite right, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our 'Guest Returns' portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Premiata box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a convenient home collection or drop off your package at any authorized shipping point near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
